I won't jump ahead, but I gotta say, after the way they treated NANFA this weekend, I would support a conversation about Turkey Creek Nature Preserve as an award winner.

Hopefully next year we'll have more NANFA members take the time to nominate a worthy organization. I was disappointed in the number of nominations. This is a chance for members to be involved with NANFA and the other organizations they support, but they didn't show up.

And i agree with Michael and Martin, that was wonderful hospitality and an outstanding experience this weekend and worthy of consideration from many viewpoints.

All that was nominated were worthy and all nominations were well considered and subjected to the same scrutiny.

Michael is right, the Turkey Creek N.P. is an amazing site managed by very dedicated and enthusiastic people. Anything we can do with them in the future would be good.

We used a similar criteria for the Conservation Grant and applied it to this one.
