I haven't been able to find any information on the legality of catching fish like Mummichogs (and similar fish like sheepshead minnows), I know that these species are classed under bait and legal to catch.... but what i don't know is if it is legal to collect in there preferred habitat (salt marshes), If it is legal, i i don't know which marshes are legal to traverse
