It didn't look like the fish was interested in cooperating - he had to shake it a bit to make it bite the twig in half.

I saw a show on the discover channel recenlty all about the red pirahna. The indinenous peoples used the dried jaws to cut their hair with. one half in each hand and chop chop chop. the hair came off with no problem. a twig can be cut with dull scissors given enough force, but hair?!!

Wow, I thought this thread was dead and buried! Anyway, my hair only looks like that when it's wet. I suppose I could dunk my head in the piranha tank and get a haircut that way...
