For anyone interested, these are a few images I took of captive fish at Conservation Fisheries in Knoxville last week.

Hopefully can be used by folks for presentations, etc.

More at www.toddamacker.com.

And of course, visit www.conservationfisheries.org to see CFI's website if you haven't already.

I was not a fan of those Native Fish Photos that Joe Sartore took at CFI and used in the National Geographic article a few years ago.  We have several awesome photographers on NANFA who could have blown Nat Geo readers away with the beauty that lives in many of our Southeastern streams.  Our photographers get in the water with them!

National Geographic should do a proper article on the fishes of the SE.

That said i do really like the images you shared!  And hats off to your fine work for the CFI website.

And i was glad to see CFI get a bit of the recognition they deserve... even if the pictures were lackluster and could have truly been spectacular.

Nice photos! It took me a minute to figure out the species of the one with the black background.

Wow; great photos! I'm bad at IDs. Can you name them all? Thanks.

Gorgeous stuff! Thanks for posting. (Even if I am a bit tardy to this party...)
