Stopped by the upper Green River for a couple minutes.

1st Stop, was in the town of Middlesburg.  If you were at the Kentucky convention and went on my trip, you'll remember this was the location where the Gar were spawning and Mike Lucas was.....well, introduced to a worked up Redhorse.

2nd Stop:

This is the headwaters of the Green River, basically it's a smaller creek at this point, and it's also Kentucky Geode heaven.

While I was a witness of the intimate event it was actually Bob Muller who fell head over heels into the sucker orgy.  A photo of Bob just after his up close relationship and before his cigarette on a stream side rock is towards the end of Jenny's photos of the KY Convention on the NANFA website.  That was great collecting that day.

My mistake, for some reason I thought it was you. It was several years ago, I suppose my memory had faded some. It was a good trip, though rainy.

Good stuff. That orangefin is nice, as is the fantail.
