I got this crayfish from a petco store. They sometimes get crays with their feeder goldfish. I'm not sure what kind of cray it is. It looks like it could be procamberus acutus or alleni. Someone suggested it was a clarkii.

I still think it's P. Alleni
Does it have black spots under it's eyes when looking from the bottom front?

O.o
Hello again!
How sure are you? There's a guy on a fb group who insists it's clarkii and says I should get rid of it.

It's my pet though. If I was absolutely sure it was clarkii, I'd bring it to the wildlife sanctuary.

I didn't see any black spots right under his eyes, but he has one a little ways back.

P. Clarkii has spikes in it's claws and bumps on it's carapace. P. Alleni has bumps on it's claws and a smooth carapace(section right behind the head and before the tail.

If it was Clarkii why would he suggest you get rid of it? P. Alleni also has a gap between the head and cyberspace whereas p. Clarkii does not. Also see if you see these spots.
