Thank you! I am currently working on version 2.0 with more complex video.

Great video, and love the editing! What editing program do you use? I was specifically curious about the credits effect at the end.

EBParks, thanks, and I used Windows Live Movie Maker. This is probably the best free video software in my opinion.

Nicely done!
I'd like to know how you anchored the GoPro so well in the current. I built an anchor system to do that (using steel pipe and a couple small dumbbell weight plates, and a rod that extends down into the sand/gravel/mud) but I get vibration from the current.
I plan to attempt the same sort of video when my local redhorses start spawning in the next couple weeks.

Very nice! Can't decide what I like best, any scene with a darter hopping around in it or the tail smackin' the ol' GoPro takes!

image_zpsru8bmvu6.jpeg Olaf, this is my rig. I weight it down with stones and bury the bottom in the sand if I have a problem with current. Hope this helps and look forward to seeing the Moxostoma!

Matt, thanks and my favorite is the one with all of the suckers swarming. It reminds me of the Hidden Rivers trailer buffalo scene.
