I was going through some older pictures and found this picture of what I assumed at the time was just a large mouth bass. I know the picture is of poor quality but wanted some opinions of if this could possibly be a red eye bass or was I originally correct?

 

Caught in Adairsville, Georgia in the Oostanaula Watershed.

I'd say you were safe with largemouth.  Redeye bass are pretty distinct (rows of spots near the belly, barring/patterns on their back, occasionally fin margins and the tell-tale iridescent sky blue crescent behind the eye.

I agree, I'd say largemouth.
