Collecting trip on 6/11/2016 to horicon lake with a brief stop at bunker hill bogs in jackson,n.j.

Many more bluespot sunfish collected this time out compared to other species with swamp darters coming in second.  Working the undercut banks was where all the sunfish were. The swamp darters were mostly taken just outside the banks with a one man seine [4 ft by 4ft ] working the best. We thought there might be a few banded sunfish collected also. At bunkerhill bogs, jackson ,n.j. american eel elvers were collected along with largemouth bagg fry.

Sounds like a fun trip. Love those Blackbanded Sunfish and pirate perch.
