Hello everyone. New member here from Illinois. I just recently joined NANFA after knowing a few members for awhile now. My interests include angling for all species, native aquaculture, and conservation of our waters and surrounding areas. I am currently working on a native micro tank. My angling lifelist is currently at 45 species. I really hope to learn a lot through this group. Extremely happy to be a member.

I am into native aquaculture. Also did hard time in Southern Illinois.

Find ways for people not already interested in natives to value them.

Welcome Abe. I grow numerous aquatic plants, but most are not native. I usually weed my tanks twice a year and sell the weeds in my local club's fish auctions. We have a palidarium in which I have been trying to establish a living plant wall as a waterfall filter. I keep and breed mainly Florida killifish and minnows.

Glad to see you here Abe.  Sounds like you are an all around fish guy. I love to hear about folks working in their local waters!
