htm321 gave me the vals here and the horwort I ordered with some fish from Skipjack. The rocks I collected from a creek that runs through my woods. The African tank is not set up yet still waiting on the fish to arrive.
I do have some pics of my 30 gallon .
Not a very good full tank shot but its all I have for now.
Firemouth (Thorichthys meeki)
Convict (Archocentrus nigrofasciatus)

He had a get out of jail free card.Where are the stripes on your convict? Did you let him out of prison?
Wow nice tanks! You got some really nice sunfish in there, I especially like that last one. Is that a green sunfish/bluegill hybrid?
Thanks for the comments. Yea its a green/bluegill and he's about 8" long now.

That's a good looking longear. Where did he come from?
Southeastern Ohio in a local lake. My kids caught them last year.

Thanks for the compliments.I like the marble con and the longears and pseeds. I especially like the greengill. Beautiful fish.
The greengill is nice. He is just as interested in me as I am him, he likes to watch what I am doing outside the tank. He is also the only one I can feed by hand. The others will wait until I drop the food before they attack. My kids like him because he will try to eat there fingers if they put them close to the tank.
The firemouth and con are my wifes fish even though I am the one who takes care of the tank .
