uhh....that's a pretty bad picture.  My guess is that it was taken though a kaleidoscope.

I believe that's a Solanum tuberosum.

I'm gonna take a wild guess that it might be one of the buffalo suckers, based on gray-brown color, short head, and (i think) a fairly long dorsal fin.  Where was it caught?
