Saw this in the local recreation center.

Yes, it is a catfish.

Might be a native Channel cat (unusually dark) or maybe one of the Asian cats in the Bagridae family.  Can't tell much from those photos.

Thanks. The fish was moving fast and the lights weren't on so I had to use my flash. The person said it was a blue catfish.

In my humble opinion, the anal fin is too rounded to be a Blue Cat, I would agree with what Gerald said.

Not a blue, but since many channels are sold as "blue channels", channel catfish is pretty likely.
