This one originates from Arkansas at a rosy red minnow farm. I did not take a picture but did get to look at it. The guy at the bait and tackle store said that the biggest one that he has seen has only been about 3 inches max. Problems in iding it might also come from the white bucket syndrom, because he keeps them in a very light blue colored tank. Here is the best discription that I could give.
Very small dot for the ear area
Mostly silver overtone with a light blue undertone on the belly and just behind the gill plate
There were many yellow/blue/orange speckles from the laterel line to the belly area
I tried to count the best I could the spines on the dorsal fin but I am not sure this was an acurate count but I had 9 maybe 10, of which 4-5 stuck up beyond the webing of the fin
That is the best I could do without a camera, mine unfortunatly is not working so until I get a new one I will have to become better at describing fish.
If you can help it would be great.
Thanks
