Go to Kentucky. Your state seems to be very unfriendly about collecting or moving fish. Check out the laws. Sorry to say it, but it seems pretty much illegal in Tennessee. Check with Casper Cox via PM. He for sure has spent the time interpreting your laws. Good luck. If Kentucky is an option try Josh Blaylock.

Yeah, you're best bet is to get out of TN. Basically, you cant keep fish you catch in TN.
Come to KY. I'm planning on a fall-time weekend get together. If you want to come sooner, let me know. I can help you out with locations, and collecting. I caught a super nice Elegant madtom yesterday. It's a great aquarium species because they don't get super big, therefore they aren't a threat to eat other fish.
