Somehow I managed to stay on my "1 new video a week" streak. I took  break from Florida Springs footage to showcase an awesome coho salmon encounter I recently had while visiting Washington. Enjoy and subscribe!

Pretty cool, Josh. Unreal they can hang so motionless in that strong a current and hold their position. Especially when you get a good look at 'em and see what a beat up, tired group of fish they are!

Neat to see, thanks for posting it.

It was definitely a fun one to film, as I didn't have my GoPro and extension pole. So I had to use the video setting on my wife's waterproof digital camera. That meant a lot of stalking and leaning over some precarious river banks into some VERY cold water. I think it took 3 hours for my hand to feel normal again, lol!
