Haha!,  he probably could have netted a blk. Acara nearby for the price of a florida license. The price in the store seems steep.

Gold rams and EBJD's aren't really worth stealing IMO.  I'm not advocating stealing anything, nor would I ever steal.  But, that looks like a nice mom-and-pop shop.  They're likely to have far more expensive Rift Lake Africans, or rare S.A./Asian catfish species.
