Im gonna take more pics as I make more traps. Basiclly, the fish swim in through gaps between the four cut cylinders on the sides, look at the pic from the top of the trap and you can see them. The bottom has a nitex filver to catch the larval fish as the trap is removed from the water. The top has foam to make the trap float and a tube to drop the glowstick in.

Very cool...Do you happen to have plans for building one of those? Or better yet can I pay you to make me one?
One area of my local sampling surveys that has sorely been lacking in is larval fish. Something like this would work great.
