The runs of all the fishes named in the news release are probably about 5% of what they were historically. As long as upstream habitat is degraded with dams, etc., this "management" attempt is pretty much pissing into the wind.

I completely agree with you fundulus, they want to do something useful but the fact that the resources and money are more important ,makes them do stupid things and it's so sad
