I had four known targets at the lake, Bluespotted, Banded, Blackbanded, and Mud.

I'd guess bluespotted, but cant see enough detail to be sure. Is that your only pic? Lake Horicon?

Unfortunately do not really have any better pictures. Yeah this was Horicon Lake - I caught 6 I could clearly identify as bluespotted and then two that looked like this.

Banded usually has a shorter, blunter snout than this fish. The other differences I rely on are the patterns of iridescent spots and streaks under & behind the eye and on the D and A fins, which I really can't see in this photo. Also generally more red-orange in the anal fin of bluespotted sun, but i've seen exceptions to that. Snout shape is about all i have to go on for this fish. Fritz may have other features ???
