Introduction:

I was recently sending out college applications and was accepted to Bemidji State. I am now thinking more seriously about keeping fish again. I found out that Bemidji allows 20 gallons! Obviously, I’m not going to choose a college based on fish tank size but it’s a bonus. I  toured BSU on October 12th for aquatic biology. I fell in love with the campus, the campus is ON Lake Bemidji, the professor I talked with was super nice, and it’s close to home. I loved it so much that I will be attending Bemidji State the fall of 2019! I signed up for my registration time and filed my housing application. Anyways the tank will be a 20 long that will try to replicate a stream flowing into Lake Bemidji or surrounding areas. All the equipment is up for change as the tank hasn’t been set up yet. I am in the process of applying for a darter collection permit
