Hi, Joe. We've got a lot of well schooled MO fish fans on here. Unfortunately, I'm not one of them. I will say I'm pretty sure I saw those at the NANFA convention in MO in 2017. If our smarter folk don't happen to be by here I'll dig out my field notes and give ya my best educated guess. Big eye, beefy build, spot at the base of the caudal should give us a start.

Deciduous scales too. That fish seems funky.

It looks like it might be a Cardinal Shiner to me.
