I have found someone kind enough to supply me with a spotted bullhead for my warmouth / shadowbass tank and before i get it I want to be sure that it is indeed a Spotted Bullhead (Ameiurus serracanthus), and not brown bullhead, which would get to large for what I want.

These fish were collected in north Florida (the lady collected them somewhere east of there)

they are defiantly consistent with picts of Spotted i have seen on the net.

These photos appear to be spotted bullheads. If your source is the same person who took the pictures, I would be pretty confident. I would point you to www.planetcatfish.com, but the photographs there are identical to the ones on monsterfishkeepers.
