I was amazed that after one day of setting up my tidal creek tank, the organisms took so quick to captivity and prepared foods. I have several mud crabs that are fairly tiny. But you can see in this video they are quite capable of defending themselves. It is amazing to see how easily they can redecorate my tank. https://m.youtube.co...h?v=qlWZRLi90Yg

Looks like a salt water darter cousin too.

Yes the striped blenny, with its pinched lips does resemble a darter. They scuttle around the bottom like one as well.

.... that scratch your head moment when you look at a picture and start to wonder if that bucket of crushed coral a guy gave you contains mostly white painted aquarium gravel....

I love my mud crabs...peaceful and interesting.  After a while, they kinda clean up a bit and are a pretty handsome crab.
