Why does anyone really need to use photobucket? The logo is annoyingly obtrusive.

NANFA members get access to the NANFA Photo Archive and can store all the fish pictures they want there.

I think that the logo only shows up if the user doesn't have a premium account plan with Photobucket. People use it as a one stop photo storage location. Premium plans help if you blog or have a ton of pictures posted in a lot of different forums. It's like anything else these days, free versions have limitations, premium versions have perks. For users that have this problem, they should check out other options, like photo storage here.
