Hello. I got a 4" black crappie and would like to keep it as pet with my Pumpkin seed. Crappie was stressed and got serious fungi infection first 2 days, now it's on recovery.

Question is, not sure how to feed it. I got a minnow in the tank and seems Crappie is still not interested. Pumpkin seed has been used to flakes, will Crappie get used to flakes one day?

Yes, it definitely sees that your crappie is stressed.  In addition to the fungal infect on the mouth, you can see he hardly has any fins left.  The pumpkinseed my be nipping the crappie's fins.  If this fish is to survive, consider adding lots of cover and structure to the tank.  Although the sunfish doesn't care, the crappie will need a place to escape the pumpkinseed and a place to feel comfortable in general.  Maybe then the crappie may eventually start eating.

I would try to get some feeder fish for crappie to get its strenght back up. Then get it on to some dried krill or shrimp so it learns to associate you with food. Then start trying to get it onto the flake food. I have thousands of feed trained Black Crappie that feed trained very easily.
