Thanks for sharing! EeI aficionado here -- worked on an eel ramp in NC a few years ago. Do you know if they've estimated a desired target number of eels per year, based on habitat above Conowingo Dam? Given the 300K to 500K eels per year current upstream passage, are there other fish or invert species of concern that might be harmed by doubling that number?
