[Fleendar the Magnificent]

Hi all,

 

I'm slithering out from under my rock to ask another question. I have kept longears before to a certain small size, but are these sunfish tank-size adaptable? Will they grow in size in accordance with tank size? I have a 29 gallon and I have had my longear 2 years. He's never gotten longer than perhaps 4" and I feed them (bluntnose minnows, spotfin shiners, crays and darters) daily. I am just wondering if he'll grow much bigger?
