Hey all, I have a 10 gallon and I intend to raise a mudminnow and guppies in it. Could it be possible that the guppies would nip at the mudminnow? Should I raise the mudminnow first and then add in the guppies?

My experience with guppies is limited, but I never found them to be THAT nippy, but your experience may be different. I do know that mudminnows will readily ambush anything that fits in their mouths (for me this included readily eating young Gambusia. This probably isnt a good combination if you value your guppies. Which species of mudminnow are you wanting?
