I am currently planning seining trips around the state of Ohio and was curious about using state channel easements as a legal entry point into creeks. Does anyone have experience with this or are channel easements solely to maintain the river channel, and pretty much private property besides for that. I'm looking around Chenoweth Fork of Sunfish Creek in southern Ohio if that helps.
