Unfortunately that angle of a picture for a crayfish doesn't help much. A picture looking straight down onto the top and bottom are the best when it comes to crays. The odd color pattern and the distinct spines onthe claws and on the thorax could be very helpful though. I think I see spines on the rostral margin and the smooth looking claws are making me lean towards an Orconectes species.

It has some crazy spikes underneath the tail :o

They're not spikes, there more just like a fuzzy furry hair like part of the tail and swimmerets.
