Red Bump On Warmouth And Green Sunfish Chin

I have two warmouth and 1 green sunfish with a red bump on chin dead center around the jaw. It is not on any of my smaller fish, I suspect it is from rubbing, but I am not sure. Doesn't look to be a parasite for me, but there's alot I don't know. any thoughts?
