I agree with Brian, it sounds like anchor worm.either leaches or anchor worms would be my guess.

I used Jungle Lab's Parasite Clear very successfully for anchor worm, you could also try anchors away or dimilinso what do i need to do?
Make sure they are anchor worm and not leeches, as the chemicals will have little or no effect on leeches.

First I'd advise knowing exactly what you have. I'm not a fan of treating a tank that doesn't need it. If you can get a well focused photo, I'm certain we can at least determine if it's anchor worm or leech.

first pic shows the worm the second is a wound from where the worm was...kinda disappeared on that fish overnight

It is easy to manually remove anchor worm with a tweezer.
that it is, but it's hard to net fish out of a jungle
will the program flea pill harm plants?
