Minnow Of Some Sort

I found these guys as feeders in a freshwater stingray tank at a LFS. They said they were mixed in with their rosy reds which I didn't think these were. No idea what they are other than a minnow of some sort or where they came from but for 10 cents, I thought what the heck.

Right now they're an inch to 2 inches, nose to tail. Please tell me they don't get 12 inches long. :)

The pics do not tell much, but likely they are fatheads.

Hm. I thought their fins weren't as rounded as they should be for fatheads. But thanks.
