How often should I feed my fish that live outside? Will they eat during the colder months, or will they just eat more sparingly?
depends on what kind of fish. If it's koi, then no. Feed them hearty foods in the autumn so that they live off the fat during the winter because their metabloism slows down.
If its a native, then I'd say yes, they will need to be fed
