I have mentioned this a couple of times on here but I figured I would make an official post for anyone interested in coming.
The Museum is having an open house this Saturday the 16th from 9am - 4pm. It is geared primarily toward kids but all are welcome. I am setting up a couple of aquariums for the event (which is far from just fish). The theme to the event is Alien Invaders, so it is all about invasive and or exotic species. If you have kids and live near by it should be fun for the whole family. I was told last year nearly 1000 people came through the building throughout the day looking at the various displays and participating in activities.
Hope to see some of you there...
