They are breeding very well for me. They have alot of hiding spots. I think that is very important. Here's a blurry cellphone pic of the tank to give you an idea of my setup. This pic is after a major java moss and frogbit trim.



Nice thanks for the pic. I notice you have a heater thus I take it they arent cool water crays .

Cambarellus are warm temperate/subtropical. I think most can be kept at room temp or slightly above.

I've kept mine at room temperature or with a heater set to the mid to upper 70's. Mostly I try to put them in the room temperature tanks.

the heater was in there before the crays. It is one of those cheap heaters with no temp adjustment I think it is set for 70 deg.

thanks everyone for the info the house temp is 74 when we are at work but 72 at night all except snake room as central air shut off there but thats to warm thus imagine heater set at 75 should be fine .
