Computer use is slowly blinding me, so I have the following question:
On a lot of websites, you can change the text size (by going to view--text size--) and make it larger and easier to read. Our forum here seems to have the text size frozen. Is there any way of changing that? As it is now, I sit about 12" from the screen to be able to read the threads.

If you're using Internet Explorer, there should be a zoom button in the lower right-hand corner. You can set it to a higher % to increase text and image size.

I have no trouble using Ctrl+ (control key and plus key), or View|Text Size|Increase, on the menu in Firefox to increase the text size on this forum. I don't know about Internet Explorer. If that's what you are using and you can't do it, you may want to switch to Firefox.

Hmmm... No zoom button that I can see. Using Internet Explorer 6.0

Can not use Firefox - this is my work computer. The company manages what programs are on it.

Any other ideas?

Hitting Ctrl and + works with Explorer too.

Highlight text and if you have a wheel on your mouse scroll up. The test will grow larger, but the entire page will go outside the boundaries of your monitor as a result.

Ha! Got it! Had to go to tools--internet options--accessibility--and check "ignore font sizes specified on web pages".
