Hi everyone I made a homemade trap using the soda bottle method and I was just seeing if anyone else on here has used these and if so have yall caught anything in them? I threw mine out yesterday and went back last night to check it and there wasn't anything in it  I was just wondering what all people have caught in these? and what bait do you use?

As an addition to this post, this is just a minnow trap, I am not trying to trap bluegills or any other type of illegal fish just maybe some mosquitos and an occasional crawdad. :D

Yup - they work but they have to be baited. Also put them where you see minnows.

OK, I'll bite: HOW do you make a trap from a soda bottle?
