I was out in the upper Rappahanock this past weekend and it was wet-wadeable (a bit cold at first).
Hopefully we can find torrents. We found that one way up in the mountain last time although I know they are supposed to be down stream.
Let me know when you're available and we'll schedule another trip. I can do these day trips just about any weekend.
