I have either leeches or anchor worms on one of my fat sleepers
i cant get a pict of them, been trying
can someone link me a pict of each, what i have seen on the net looks closer to leech than anchor worms
and what do i do about them?

I have had anchor worm before and used a product called Dimilin, I have used it twice and it worked. The first time I removed the worms manually, the second I just treated the tank without worm removal. It can be found in the pond section of PetSmart or online. It's cheap and a little goes along way.
As for leeches, salt treatment should work. There are parasite medications that you can get at the LFS. Coppersafe is my prefered brand.

i have snails in the tank, and catfish

Remove the fish, manually remove the leeches, place fish in a hospital tank with salt and an anti-fungal.

what about the rest of the tank?
also the fish in-question came out of brackish water.
if i have 2 do my snails in, so be it but i have read that after treating a tank with copper it almost never gets out of the substrate and the tank will never support snails again
what do you think?

Coppersafe is...well...safe, on all fishes. Inverts and plants should be removed.

I don't know about that, it does not say anything like that on the bottle. I don't keep inverts of any kind, if I had snail in my tank I would want them dead anyway. I never had to worry about it.

Can you get a photo? I really do not like diagnosing and telling people how to fix things without at least seeing what it may be.also the fish in-question came out of brackish water.

i tried to catch that thing earlier, but could not, i will get a divider and get him in the morning, im pretty sure it is a leech, it had a bloated body and kind of grey skin

i have a 30 gal rubber made that i can set up, thing is i will not know if the leech has laid any eggs or how many are in the tank, hmmmmm

ok i went yesterday to move the sleeper into a 30 gal rubber made, the leech has fallen off, is this good or bad?

I would think it is a good thing. You haven't found any others in the tank? You said these fish were from brackish waters, right? Maybe the leech didn't like your FW.
