I know you have a bacteria bloom when you first start a tank, but my tank's been going for a while. I siphoned it yesterday and now the water has been a bit cloudy ever since. The fish still appear to be very healthy. Could it possibly be another bacteria bloom?

Absolutely. I have found that when there is a bacterial bloom, water changes seem to make it worse. If there are no other issues going on, I'd hold on the water changes for a week or so. If it's bacteria it should clear up in that time.
