Where can i catch pickerel in isabella co. michigan?

Is their anywhere in isabella co. michigan that i can catch pickerel with a dipnet? the only one i have ever caught was in a minnow trap.Heres a pic [attachment=6855:100_4126.JPG]

I'm with Dustin. That is a small E. lucius (Northern Pike).
