Feeding my Bluegill

I started off feeding them live blood worms. Then I moved to frozen blood worms, while occasionally feeding them live ones.
I tried frozen brine shrimp. They eat it and spit it out. Every time. They won't eat any dried food of any kind.
I catch crickets and they absolutely devour them.
Thought about trying small bits of pasta as the bigger Bluegill sometimes eat small corn kernels.
Any other suggestions on what to feed these critters that would give good nutrition besides worms?

Mon. panfish worms
Tue. live crayfish
Wed. krill
Thu. night crawlers
Fri. sand eels
Sat. clam strips
Sun. silver sides
I have noticed quite a bit of growth in the green sunfish since I have gotten it.... and its color has intensified... I hope this helps you out....

One more question if you don't mind; where do you get ll these different kinds of fish foods?
I'm going next week to a tank manufacturer and I believe they sell many other supplies too. I'll look into some while I'm there.

I also think i have spoiled my redbreast sunfish that I have had for about a month now - with larval may- and dragonflies, and frozen bloodworms. Converting him to pellets is quite a chore. I have used Hikari Gold Cichlid (after reading the other posts), but no luck. Finally today I let the pellets get soggy, and mushed them together in a wad of frozen bloodworms. He finally took in the whole wad, rather than eating the worms, then spitting out the pellets. It is kind of a pain, but it will certainly help out my wallet if he ever starts taking the pellets.
BTW, I got my Hikari Gold at my local fish store.

When I pick some up I'll report how my pampered Bluegill like it.
