First pic looks like a redbreast sunfish, but it is probably introduced. It looks a bit like a longear as well, hmm.
Second pic is bluegill. Third pic green.
I could make afew guesses on the 4th and 5th (striped shiner and some sort of chub (Nocomis)?) but I don't have any confidence in those guesses. Sorry - not much help.

I'll take a guess at these...

#1 Longear (Lepomis megalotis)
#2 Bluegill Lepomis macrochirus
#3 Green sunfish Lepomis cyanellus
#4 Striped shiner Luxilus chrysocephalus
#5 Central Stoneroller Campostoma anomalum

These ID's are off the hip and better photos would be needed to be sure.

The scales of the shiner don't look very irregular though...at least to me.

Yeah you're right and the lateral line looks off and the caudal has some color. Might be a Lythrurus?

Yes, I was a thinking Lythrurus sp. too, based kind of on the scales but mainly based on the shape of the caudal fin. However, I agree with all of your other ID's and its hard to tell like you said, just more of gestalt guessing on the minnows.

I think you nailed it, Uland. I agree with all of these ID's. I think the head on the shiner is too deep for Lythrurus and just right for Luxilus. The mouth on the Stoneroller is the giveaway.

I thank you and all of the other peeps for the time you have spent
i lost 1- 3" shiner before i was able to get back home and
readuse the total # of fish in my new tank it looked sickly anyhow
some kind of white funges on it face. my water temp stays around 70deg
i have a heater should i use it? the fish feel much warmer to me then when i caught them
anyhow these are the most common fish around here in the little creeks we catch with a fishingpole
i will set up some 2 litter pop bottle traps to try and get some of the smaller minnows we have 3 kinds of small
brightly colored 1.5" long minnows in the area i think one of them is the red belly dace.

thanks again for all of the help.
IM JUST A MAN THAT LIKES TO FISH AND WAS UNABLE OR UNWILLING TO LET MY BAIT DIE ANYMORE
IT LOOKS LIKE I FOUND A NEW HOBBY AND ITS NOT BEEN CHEEP I WENT FROM 5 gal bucket
and a 55 gal drum to A 1100$ set up inside.

PS THE STONROLLER sucker IS NOT EATING.
This fish was not caught on a pole i trapped it with a net.
will it eat those wafers i say @ the pet shop made of compressed algae?

If it's a stoneroller (a variant of shiner), they're usually voracious eaters with a preference for at least some green material. If it's a sucker (the picture is hazy on that, the fish would have really fleshy lips) they're much more finicky in an aquarium.

Looks like #5 is a Central Stoneroller. Try giving it some flake food with Spirulina. Also, I haven't met many cyprinids that would turn down blood worms and mysis shrimp.

I would not put a heater in the tank. Remember that these fish are native to Ohio and are used to the streams getting very cold in the winter, burrr!
As others have said the stoneroller will eat flake food. I always add a little salt in my aquariums to help with fungus and other nasty things. You will want to use 1 teaspoon per gallon. I use kosar salt - its cheaper than aquarium salt. Do you have enough filtration for your tank? This will be very important along with water changes.

I would agree with all of the id's Uland gave as well. Also don't put a heater in, it will only cause the sunfish to get to thinking it is time to breed and they get very aggressive when this happens, they are much less territorial if the temperature is kept cooler.
