Looks like the hospitality suite at the hotel might not happen. I called Lisa, the manager of the hotel, yesterday and they still have a lot of evacuees from Ike at the hotel and she has very limited space. I am going to talk to her on Monday to see what might happen between now and Thursday.
But I would like to run an idea pass everyone. Really the only night we would need the hospitality suite would be Thursday night, because for the social Friday and for the banquet on Saturday we can stay at the conservation center as long as we want. So is anybody against not having a hospitality suite, per say, and just hanging out at TFFC instead? We could do everything we could do at the hotel except for getting the free chips, but I sure I can find someone to help cover that!
I think this would be a good idea. Please reply me and let me know.

Sounds good to me-- in fact perhaps even better overall given that there's probably a lot more fish-related resources at the TFFC than at the hotel... 'course it'd be a bit harder to hoof it over to one's room and then back to the social gathering at any given moment, but I'm sure that's nothing a bit of planning couldn't cover.

Sounds like a good solution to me.
