one more crawfish id please

this is rusty's new friend.
he is from a LPS he was in the tank with rosyred feeders.
this is the food they are eating, hikari sinking wafers for bottom feeders. for now

It's likely you will end up with one crawdad.

I cant help with the ID but I went to petco and picked up 2 crayfish which I will also need ID on but they had 2 of those Red colored crays as well, I tried to buy them but they told me they were $20 a piece because they were a "blue lobster", they looked very similar to the one you have pictured but I know very little , well nothing, about telling cray species. I do know that the patterns seem to resemble the commercial blue crays Procambarus Alleni.

The photograph has very limited information. From I think I see, it appears to be a paper shell Orconectes immunis. Body is high stationed and chelae are mottled. A top view would be better if it is a female but good view of the gonopods would be better if is a male.

Well I got a good deal then I payed $1.49 from the feeder tank.

thanks for the link i will look it up later.We pulled a double last night and go called back in @ 8am gotta love the extra holiday money right.
