1. What would be the min. size for a tank for an individual pumpkinseed? I plan on getting a 1-2" pumpkinseed during the summer, and I'm sure it could hold in it until X-mas.
2. Would the other fish be alright w/ the pumpkinseed (my biggest worry is the 1 1/2" pepper corydora ) or would i have to get a separate tank?

I would say that a minimum for a small 3-4 inch pumkinseed is 30 gallon. for a 2 inch 20 gallons is alright but they will grow quickly so be careful. The other fish will be ok for now but in the future they may be bugged by the pumpkinseed as it gets older. Good luck!

Hi, Im from Ontario, Canada, and I have been browsing this forum for the past couple days. I have a 20 gal tank with 2 corydoras and an oranda(?), but i plan on getting a pumpkinseed this summer (after of course getting the proper licences and equip). I have read anything pertaining to pumpkinseed in the sunfishes section (lots of info), but some questions still remain (my answers arent entirely answered)
