Notice that the photos you've posted both say reduced X amount? That means the file is too big for the forum page. You can speed up the download time by shrinking the size of your file before posting. Use the photo modification software that came with your camera for this.

Or you can get yourself an account at photobucket and it will resize automatically for you, every photo. You just have to specify which standard size you like (I usually use 640 x something).

I'll second that notion. Photobucket makes things really easy, and the account is free.

If you want to shoot without flash, you need a tripod. You're camera probably automatically slowed your shutter speed way down to compensate for no flash. The blurriness is your hand and/or the fish moving during exposure.
You can try going to manual settings and adjust the f stop to gain shutter speed but you lose depth of field.
Most people today don't give those settings any thought but your camera is making those decisions for you. The computer isn't always right.

Are you sure you want me to delete this post?

As far as viewing the photos on your computer if that's what you're asking...I use a PC and when you right click the photo you should see all kinds of helpful tabs. In the tabs, you might see "opens with"...this should list the programs available to look at the image. You should also see "properties" which should show you the size as well as other information.

I think the post should be left up. We all learn a lot here from other people's experiences. Those looking to try photography will certainly learn from what Catfish has shown.
