Does anyone here sample the Wisconsin River? My family has a summer home out there on Lake Wisconsin, and I was wondering if anyone has done any sampling out there. I'm interested in planning a trip out there in the summer and was looking to get the "heads up" on some good spots.

Only once on Lake Wisconsin. More upstream from there near Portage, and downstream by Wyalusing State Park and Bridgeport.
Lake WI. does have some good areas, I cannot remember the road, but it cuts across the lake at on point and has lots of weedy shallows, I think towards the east end.
